ROBOX LOBE is an integrated machine designed to transport gas (in most applications - air) at low pressure. It is based on a rotary lobe displacement RBS blower driven by an electric motor through a belt drive, the equipment package includes a set of accessories and a soundproof housing. Selected technical parameters: • Pressure up to 1000 mbar (g) • Vacuum up to 500 mbar (a) • Capacity up to 10 000 m3/h

The ROBOX LOBE series is the successor to the extremely popular Roots type displacement blowers, ROBOX evolution by ROBUSCHI. It guarantees the precision of workmanship, and hence, reliability during use. Robuschi rotary blowers are used, among otherapplications to provide :

  • aeration of sewage reactors and tanks for other purposes
  • pneumatic transport
  • air supply of systems, machines and devices

You can choose from around 30 types of Robuschi blower units in different sizes, with capacities from 40 to 10,000 m³ / h and overpressure up to 1 bar (g). They are equipped with motors from 1.1 kW to 400 kW. In some installations, Robuschi Roots blowers are used as vacuum pumps with working underpressure up to 500 mbar (g) (in a special version they reach a vacuum of up to 0.01 mbar (a)).

The standard ROBOX LOBE unit by Robuschi includes:

Optionally, the blower can be equipped with the ROBOX CONNECT electronic monitoring system and / or a control system that guarantees safe operation.

Thanks to the efficient operation of the fan with its own drive, ROBOX LOBE blowers in soundproof casings ensure efficient air circulation in a wide range of capacity regulation. Low maintenance requirements simplify the operation of the device, and all service work can be performed by removing the front panel of the housing.
